Joan Sloan
Joan has over 26 years of experience working in area law firms as a real estate paralegal and for the past 13 years working with Attorney Jim Brady. She handles residential and commercial real estate purchases and sale agreements, leases, and facilitates loan closings for several lending institutions. Joan has an excellent rapport with our clients offering guidance throughout the process whether you are buying or selling. Joan is also a licensed real estate agent.
As a result of her vast knowledge and experience, Joan has earned an excellent reputation in the real estate field with attorneys, paralegals and realtors alike.
Anne E. Schmidt
Anne is an experienced claims consultant/paralegal who has worked with Attorney Jim Brady for over 30 years. She has successfully assisted Jim with personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, dog bite cases, other general liability, and workplace injury cases. Anne has attended many mediations, and has a great rapport with our clients treating each one with kindness and compassion.
Prior to working with Attorney Jim Brady and Associates, Anne was a claims specialist handling significant and complex claims for Chubb Insurance Company and C.N.A. Insurance Company. She has an excellent rapport with all claims adjusters because of her background. Anne is a notary public.
Suzanne Nicholson
Suzanne is an experienced personal injury paralegal who has worked with Attorney Jim Brady for over 21 years. Her expertise includes workers’ compensation, social security disability, and personal injury cases. She has assisted many of our clients with securing Mass Health benefits. Suzanne is very compassionate about our clients’ needs and works hard to get the benefits they deserve.
Suzanne previously worked as a claims adjuster for Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation for over ten years prior to joining Attorney Jim Brady. She settled numerous cases and was praised by her superiors for her negotiating skills. Suzanne is also a notary public.
